At Lunarks, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.
To initiate a return, please email us at lunarks25@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide return instructions and the return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lunarks25@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as gift cards or promotional sale items may be non-returnable. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
